Interactive and Immersive Tours
Offering more architectural visualisation services, all under one roof
As well as the engaging linear animations we’ve been creating for high-end clients the last 12 years, Distant Future is now proud to design and create immersive virtual tours and interactive product tours for desktop and mobile devices.
Virtual tours, fly-through and walk throughs and architectural visualisation services all fall under this umbrella. Whether you’re looking to re-imagine an existing space, or to visualise a building or environment that hasn’t been built, our experienced and professional team can help.
Our experience and tools let us work with CAD drawings from all major platforms including Revit, Sketchup, AutoCad, SOLIDWORKS and more.
Aiming to offer more than the average architectural visualisation company, we can create rendered architectural still images for digital and print at almost any size, interactive walkthrough animations, floor plans, interior rendering, exterior rendering, technical illustration, immersive virtual tours for use online or as standalone applications, and also files ready for 3D printing.
Case Study 1: Northern Cafe
Created from floorplans, this interactive virtual tour imagines the interior or a popular cafe and coffee shop. Everything is created in photorealistic 360 CGI which is then used to power the interactive environment.
Responsive pop-ups showing focal points of the environment, including text and copy to highlight key areas of interest for potential investors, the owner of the property and potential customers.
Case Study 2: OptiChill
As a forward-thinking business, Airedale International were looking for a new way of showcasing their world-leading products. They needed something new to support their sales pipeline, allowing their representatives to demonstrate their cutting edge product.
We created an intuitive interface so potential buyers could navigate it themselves, allowing Airedale to use the tour as a wider promotion and sales tool that explores the features and benefits the OptiChill range has to offer.
Case Study 3: AireWall ONE
When Airedale approached us for a second product tour, we suggested a change in approach to take advantage of the latest advances in virtual tour technology.
This tour flips the virtual tour paradigm on its head, and instead of looking outwards at a space, the user looks inwards at a product.
The seemingly simple change in approach completely revamps the user experience, resulting in even more intuitive interactions with the product and messaging.
