Proving that product animation doesn’t always have to be instructional, this project shows the evolution of one of ChargePoint’s main products from it’s launch in 2009, through to the present day.
Created for their exhibition stand in New York, the main focus was showing the design improvements with creative camera angles, on screen marketing messages and lots of shiny shiny steel!
This project was great fun to work on as we could get a bit more creative with the cinematography, with dramatic camera angles and dynamic pacing, increasing the visual impact of the whole piece.

Starting with seven sets of CAD drawings covering all the different models from the last ten years, we experimented with different lighting effects, finding the perfect balance between on-screen looks, and fast render times to make sure the project was delivered on time.
